About the Event
The Breast Cancer Awareness special includes a 90 minute Zoom one-on-one, a movement plan, and a class pass to hollygriffinyoga. Movement plans are tailored to individual abilities and contain recommendations for various yoga styles - gentle or restorative Yin, 26+2, Vinyasa - and mat Pilates exercises. We will walk through postures and exercises and discuss variations if needed.
Two pricing options are available:
~ $80 - 90 minute one-on-one & movement plan + 4 week class pass
~ $50 - 90 minute one-on-one & movement plan + 2 week class pass
Class passes begin on a date of recipients choice.
